Return Policy
An RMA number must accompany all returned merchandise.Call 1-877-301-1978 toll-free a Store Customer Service Representative must authorize a return, issue a Returned Merchandice Authorization number and provide a return shipping address in advance of any return. do not write the RMA number on product packaging. Return authorizations are valid only for 10 days from the date of issue. All returns must be sent to the location specified by the Special Needs Store Customer Servicew representative. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight ( all collect shipments will be refused).
1. Eligiblity: merchandise must meet the following criteria in order to be accepted for return:
    a) Request for returns due to customer error will only be accepted for 10 days after shipment   date.
    b) Merchandise must be unused and in new and resalable condition.
    c) Merchandise must be properly packaged, un-opened, in the same quanity as sold, and returned, in the original shipping carton to avoid frieght damage. Credit willt be givin for items damaged due to improper packaging or freight damage
   d) All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion whether an item qualifies for credit or for return as warranty, quality, or damaged goods (other than for freight damage) and whether to repair, replace or partially replace any such item.
   e) Serialized items are not eligible for return if the serial number identifer of the iten returned is different, missing, damaged, tampered or otherwise altered or modified.
2. Return charges: All returns, other than warranty and damaged items, are subject to a handling/restocking fee of 25% of the sale price of the item. All other items must be shipped freight prepaid by the purchaser.
3. Non-returnable merchandise: The following items may not be returned;
    a) Private label items
    b) Special orders (any item not stocked by Special Needs Store)
    c) Custom or discontinued items
    d) Any product with expiration dates
    e) Any product that for hygienic reasons cannot be brought back to stock.
