Provides a system of safe, gradual stretching. Stretch-Rite™ stretches muscle fibers slowly, to a level of mild tension. By changing handgrip positions, tension is increased in even, progressive stages. Stretch-Rite™ helps improve flexibility and range of motion by controlling the degree of tension within muscles and joints. Features six color-coded handgrips threaded on a custom nylon strap. This system provides immediate, visual documentatio of improvement from one level of handgrip to the next. Stretch-Rite™ also can be used as an evaluation tool to establish a quick baseline of flexibility. Constructed of high tensile strength nylon webbing with high impact polystyrene grips for years of trouble-free use. The uniquely shaped grips are ergonomically desighned to fit comfortably in the hand, allowing an easier grip than a towel or rope. The graded, color-coded grips also provide visual feedback. An illustrated instruction manual is included.
